I needed a luggage tag for an upcoming trip so I designed this tag. It's 2x3.5". Print it standing up (the file should be orientated that way.) No supports are needed, brim is recommended. There is a spot where a bridge will occur. This is the spot that holds the tag in so it can't slide out. This comfortably allows the thickness of an index card to slide in; no adhesive is needed. My trimmed card ended up being around 2.5"x 1-9/16". You could laminate it but I ended up printing my information on my thermal printer and sticking it to the index card.
