Luggage Tag with Hinge

This luggage tag is a remix of the Snap-Shut Luggage Tags posted by TripleGWorkshop at the link below, plus a reworked hinge based upon "Parametric box with print in place hinges" posted by gportelli. I made the tag larger and replaced the hinge with one that (for me) is more reliable.

The original Snap-Shut tag didn't work for me, primarily because the hinge failed when I tried to print it. I adapted the hinge from gportelli's parametric box, and it works much better for me. After printing, let the print cool completely, and be gentle with it as you first start working the hinge open and closed. It will loosen up with a little work.

I had trouble getting legible text when I made the print too small. So this version tries to make the text as large as possible, while still fitting inside the available space. Larger text will also adhere to the lower layers better, reducing the risk that letters or words will break off over time. If you need to squeeze more info into a single line,
