Luke's Lightsaber. Made this when I was 14, around 8 years ago (a long, long time ago, in a… you get the spiel). Prints on one plate, finished in a work day! For assembly you will need two short screws to secure the D-ring at the bottom with the plate (screw them through the bottom, there are no pre made holes for this). If you want, you could add even more detail by adding pieces of wire and/or chopped of nail heads and insert these into the holes in the handle. For more advanced makers, you can light it up by adding a blue 3V LED, a pushbutton, and batteries. This requires some soldering. Start by using a wire to connect the anode (+) to a small switch that you will have to embed under the button. The other terminal of the switch should be connected to a wire that is routed back into the battery compartment and connected to a plate (positive battery terminal).
