Total Remake of my Remix LulzBot TAZ 6 thingiverse.com/thing:2056402
UPDATE NOTE: The bed Frame doesn't need the Machined Yaxis_Bed_plate... for simplification I now don't machine it... I use 4mm x100mm Aluminum Flat Plate and you can 3D print the part and use it as a drilling jig. Assembly is the same.
This version is a combination of all the best parts of a few different printers I have designed and made over the last few years.
The most significant upgrade from the previous version is the MGN12 Linear Rails for the Y axis. The other printed parts are all either beefed up or just improved in some way.
Zaxis carriage holding the Xaxis 12mm Rods have been updated to use m5 nuts instead of melt ins, also you can use either left or right side of the Xaxis.
This is to adjust and stop the Xaxis belt tension from pulling the Z axis rods out of alignment. Assembling the Xaxis onto the Zaxis with out the leadscews and tension the Xaxis belt and adjust the rods screws till you g
