LUMEN

The idea is to have a compact, folded heliostat, with integrated solar panels. The solar panels charge the two light sources (moble light, beacon light on top; which are led, so relatively small panels do the job efficiently), while the highly reflective materials unfold into 12 panels, working as an heliostat. On the bottom you can observe a connector used to lock the device into a spherical wrist that moves and rotates it, and on the bottom of the connector a hole for the recharging process while docked. If the canopy is made in materials such ABS, it can be wholly 3D printed, so it weights aroung 1-2kg, moreover the dimensions are highly scalable (it's easy to decuplicate them), and the control system is trivial (just rotational stepper motors)
