Lutron Dimmer Switch Knob

I needed a new knob because I replaced the switches in my house to white ones. There was nothing wrong with the dimmer, but it had an ivory knob. I couldn't find a replacement knob in white. My only choices were to buy a new switch with a white knob or make a replacement one.
