I've used these at the range. Note the title is "Range Plate". I've even made a version that has PETG as the base plate and TPU as the pull section so it's flexible. Both work for me.

HOWEVER if your life or others' lives depends on your magazines you may not want to modify them.
They're quite cheap so you're better off buying the originals if you need to rely on them. If you can find in stock.

Don't ask me for the STEP files I created these completely in 3D builder, so I don't have any.

I printed most of mine in carbon petg at 0.15 layer height and 30% infill.

Easy to get on, but tricky to take off because the part you grab is in the way so I made a tool that helps push the spring detent down while sliding the plate. Optional.

The base plate and range plate have slightly different tolerances for some reason. If you try to modify the range plate to use as a base plate, it may not work correctly.
