Hi everyone, this is my design for a simple and strong hinge.
you will need two M3x25 screws for each Hinge.
Range of motion is a little more than 270°, and the coupling results frictionless (if you don't screw the screws to the very end, making the rotation impossible) and really durable.
You can use both screws or cable ties to attach the hing to supports.
