This is my own design. Its a Filament Guide for the M3D Micro Printer that clips nicely above the extruder. I use this personally in conjunction with the External Filament Spool holder posted here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:761893
Your angle my vary slightly which is why the Nozzle/End in Fettered with a special gap to allow for the filament to align properly without being stressed.
