Simple M4 Lock Nut Knobs.
Two versions available, one for regular lock nuts (DIN985) and one for lock nuts with a flange (DIN6926).
Designed so lock nuts can be pressed fit in the knob. Once in, they won't (shouldn't) slip out easily.
