m5 dial housing with thread

I just added 3 new versions.
- m5dial_hosung_4mm_fs.stl
- m5dial_hosung_8mm_fs.stl
- m5dial_hosung_12mm_fs.stl
Those things have no mounting points, just free space for batteries or additional boards.

This housing has been designed to fit for the m5 dial.
Also two mounting points have been added for prototype hats or similar.

The original nut is used as a counternut to make sure the opening for the usb c is in perfect position.
