I wanted a sweet little home for my external SSD connected to my 2024 Mac Mini, therefore I've made myself a little Dock I'd like to share. For better Reference, the Dock is shared in this video of mine (german language): The SSD is fixed by 4 little pins. On top sits the Mac Mini on a disc that holds everything in place.I used tree supports for the housing and regular supports for the disc. It has a 20% infill and was printed with a resolution of 0.2mm. I'd suggest you use PETG, especially when your Mac Mini is under heavy load. I added a second version, that has a little cutout in place where the power button sits. With this it's possible to reach the button without lifting the Mac Mini. You'll find more information on this model in my blog article.
