Child bicycle seat.

Suggest printing it in PETG with 80% infill or more. Secondary option is ABS. Do not use PLA.
Use supports for the middle channel, and use a small flat head screw driver to clean them out. The channel is 3.2mm wide. The fit with Mac Ride will be tight, but 0.2mm print accuracy works.
This spacer is 15mm high and for a bike stem of diameter 29mm. If you need a different size, ask in the comments section.
