Macbook Pro 15" 2018 Dock

Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3083421 but redesigned completely from scratch for my Macbook Pro 15" 2018 model with a hard case. The hard case I have is from 'incase': https://goincase.com.au/products/incase-hardshell-case-for-15-inch-macbook-pro-thunderbolt-3-usb-c-dots

I have omitted the sound connector as I do not use it, and the two USB-C holes are different sizes - one for the Apple USB/HDMI/Power adapter, and one for a Dell USB-C Ethernet adapter.
