A small spacer that fits snuggly on your 2018 MBP to improve air flow. It's designed to stay clipped on while you move around. The "lip" model fits around the macbook's rubber foot for a more secure fit.
******WARNING*******
Be sure to ALWAYS remove the clips when you're not using your laptop. Someone else won't know they're attached, especially if the room is dark ...and crunch! True story, sadly.

2 years looking back, a better design would be a single bar that spans under the laptop and clamps at the sides. Nothing protruding over the top (terrible idea).
