Hi everyone! This a collection of upgraded parts for the MachCube2.0.
During the years I have done many changes improvements to the original design, here the latest design changes are shared.
About the changes:
- complete redesign the X gantry, made is much stiffer and less heavy.
- included mount of my orbiter extruder and the remote BMG extruder V2 I've designed.
- improved cooling fun-duct with dual 4010 blowers.
- X gantry bearings fixed using 4mm press-fitted steel pins instead of screws - no play of the bearings anymore - no resonant vibrations and completely removed ringing effect due to bearings play.
- Z axis complete redesign using 12mm ball screws instead of the trapezoidal lead-screw and nuts. It improves significantly the print quality especially for tall prints where any imperfection of the Z movement is amplified upwards.
- print size : 25x25x25 cm
