This is a great 3-axis machining part and when you successfully complete programming it, it will surely give you great confidence in your machining abilities and tool selections. when programming it, try to generate the toolpath in a continuous manner since this being a mould, it would enable great surface finish in the end product and lesser cutter mismatch Manufacturing: 1. Get raw material in block form. 2. Hold it in a machine vice or in a vacuum bed. 3. Rough and finish it using an endmill. Casting Techniques: 1. Create a pattern (use a 3D-Printer or wood made pattern) 2. Use sand casting Technique with double sand in-fills to get great detailing and better surface finish.
