Get raw material in block form. 2. Hold it in a machine vice or in a vacuum bed. 3. Rough and finish it using an endmill. Casting Techniques: 1. Create a pattern (use a 3D-Printer or wood made pattern) 2. Use sand casting Technique with double sand in-fills to get great detailing and better surface finish.
