This is a HEAVY duty machinist toe clamp.
While you COULD 3D print this, that's NOT what this is intended for. The intent would be to make this all from steel and Aluminum Bronze. The bushing and lead nut would best be made from Aluminum Bronze, but cast iron would also likely work well. This is a reverse engineer of the Edge Precision design from the video here:

The lead screw uses a custom differential screw you'll also have to make, which is 5/8x11 on the large end, and 1/2x13 on the small end. I made mine by taking 5/8x11 socket head set screws, turning down the small diameter, and threading for 1/2x13. Was faster and easier than fabricating the entire piece.
The shoulder bolts are McMaster part number:
2x Shoulder Bolts - 18-8 Stainless Steel Shoulder Screw - 5/16" Shoulder Diameter, 1-3/8" Shoulder Length, 1/4"-20 Thread Size

2x 1/8" roll pins - 98296A879 - Spring Steel Slotted Spring P
