A machinists jack with a lazy susan style rotating top. Uses M10 50mm bolt, two M10 nuts and ten or so 6mm bearing balls or alternatively 6mm airsoft bb balls.
I printed it at 75% infill purely to make the base heavy.
If printing in PLA, you need to dip the top part in hot water to soften it enough to push through the middle one.
