These are the parts I used to convert Mac Pro 2.1 case (probably it is the same for MacPro 3.1) to PC case (mATX)

One of the designs - for the power inlet was unfortunately lost and I recreated it, however you may need to sand it to fit. Also I haven't included the holes for heat-set inserts in the new test file. Best would be to print it solid (100% infill) and either screw it on the perforated sheet with small self-tapping screws or make holes for inserts in the plastic with a screwdriver after taking the exact hole locations. This is also the only part that requires supports.
