Macropad Orientation COSPAD Case

This is a remix of szaghi's Diamond-Like case for the COSPAD printed circuit board. It is modified for use as a macropad, rotated 90 degrees to the left from its numpad orientation. The angling of the case is adjusted to match this orientation.

All that's needed to finish the case is four knurled insert embedded nuts with M2 threading, and the corresponding M2 screws. I haven't installed the PCB into the case yet, but the OP indicated 4mm length for those screws.
