MAG-MATE Cover Plate

This is an addition to @needitmakeit's great model https://makerworld.com/en/models/1085230-mag-mate-a-better-free-er-dust-collection-adapter#profileId-1077914. It was designed as an end cap to the dust collection adapter. as I store my dust collection hose in a cupboard and take it out for multiple tools, but also have full piping so this allows it the be capped when not in use.
