Magic 8 Ball

Who doesn’t remember the magic 8 ball? Ask it a yes or no type question, turn it over to see the answer!

Two versions are available. One where magnets keep the two halves together and one that is just pressure fit.

If you use the magnetic version double-triple check the magnet polarity as you push them in. You have one chance to get it right. Do one half at a time. Take a spare magnet and mate it with the one you are about to push in. Mark the outside face of the spare magnet. Keep them together as you press it in. Use that spare magnet for the other two keeping that face out. When done, double check that the spare sticks to all with the marked face up. That face will now go down in the other half.

The “8” portion is a pressure fit. Should not need any glue. Might need small amount of convincing to get in place.
