Magic Bullet Impeller

This is a replacement part for the Magic Bullet blender appliance. It's a replacement impeller gear that attaches to the brass shaft of the main unit. This part was NOT designed to replace the equivalent part on the actual mixing container cap.

After cleaning up your final print, the hole for the shaft was designed to be a tight fit. I used a lighter to slowly heat up the inner walls of where the shaft goes to make it easier to attach, as well as to give it a tighter molded type fit. In hindsight, perhaps heating the brass shaft instead makes more sense.

I used PLA filament which turned out to be plenty strong for the job.

UPDATE: PLA works OK for light jobs, but after repeated use blending thicker liquids like milkshakes, the shaft will likely strip out the bore hole. ABS would be a much better long-term solution.
