For fun, if you don't know their birthday, you could tell them to choose the day of the month they were born. Then, you give them all 5 of the cards, and tell them to look through them, and give you all of the cards that have their secret number. Then, as they give you the last card, you tell them what their number is, and watch their reaction as they “realize” that you have just read their mind.
