I take my cat on walks at night and always carry a huge D cell Maglite with me. It's a bit difficult to manage a giant flashlight and a crazy cat, so I designed this simple TPU belt loop to keep the flashlight on my hip. You simply loop it around your belt and push the T through the opening. It's super strong and easily handles the weight, and keeps the flashlight on your hip so walking is as natural as possible. A secondary issue is that if I stoop down with the light on my belt it bangs around on the concrete, so I added a thin TPU “sock” protector shaped with a curve similar to the end of the flashlight so it looks natural. It's a tight fit but should go on fairly easily, if you have trouble you can try scaling it up 1mm.
