Magnetic air filter combination

IntroductionSince the location of my 3D printer does not have a suitable window for exhaust ventilation, I designed a simple magnetic external filter assembly for the printer enclosure.This filter assembly consists of three stages of filtration. Magnets are installed on the square base so it can attach directly to the printer’s outer shell. The base and outer cover can also be easily removed and reassembled, making it convenient for users to replace the filters. AssemblyCut the pre-filter, HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter into 104 × 104 mm squares.Insert the round magnets (Ø5 × 2 mm) into the circular recesses on the square base—four locations in total.With the square base facing upward, place the pre-filter, HEPA filter, and activated carbon filter in order, then attach the square outer cover to complete the assembly.
