Extreme Redesign Challenge Brigham Thornock Grand Haven High School, Grand Haven MI Instructor: Jeremy Case When examining a military uniform, it is hard not to notice the amount of elaborate buttons all over the uniform. The issue is, many veterans who wear these uniforms are victims of hardships at in battle where they may have lost an arm. A veteran with only one arm would have more than a few difficulties buttoning all of the elaborate buttons of their uniform. This product will allow the user to button a sleeve or any other button without even touching it. The cover will go over any button and connect to a customizable universal button via magnets. This universal button will fit on any sleeve and can be personalized according to the users desires. The universal button could allow someone who is subject to these losses or those with other dexterity impairments to button their own shirts without assistance.
