This a magnetic gear that uses cheap household magnets, bearings, and fasteners to work.

Magnetic gears have some unique advantages/disadvantages over regular gearing.
* Very quiet and low friction since they don't require contact between input/output
* Decoupling between input/output if the torque limit is exceeded
* Generally only used for very low torque applications
