This is a magnetic levitation wheel.

The tip is just resting on the support, and the wheel is in suspension without contact with the support. The wheel can rotate freely.

You must insert the magnets into the base and wheel housings.
All base magnets have to be in the same orientation.
All wheel magnets have to be in the same orientation.
But base magnets orientation and wheel magnets orientation have to be opposite ( to have repulse action, and then levitation).
