Magnetic saw guide

This tool is a modular system designed to enable precise, perfectly perpendicular cuts. It consists of two main components: a support structure with integrated magnets and an interchangeable adapter.The main structure houses permanent magnets whose purpose is to guide and stabilize the saw blade during cutting. The adapter, on the other hand, is a customizable component: it features a hole that can be modified directly in the slicer by adding a negative shape of the desired geometry and size. This allows you to create custom-fit slots for different workpieces without having to redesign the entire tool.Once the desired configuration is defined and printed, the two components are assembled and secured together, for example using a clamp. The object to be cut is inserted into the adapter’s hole, which keeps it firmly positioned and centered.It is recommended to use a saw with a wide, flat blade surface so it can firmly attach to the magnets embedded in the structure.
