Magnetic Split Pipe Flange / Escutcheon

This is a two-piece, split flange designed to cover a pipe penetration on a metal surface. The split design means you can install it around an existing pipe without needing to disconnect anything. It uses magnets to hold itself firmly against any ferrous surface (like a metal cabinet, ductwork, or appliance), so no screws or glue are required. Magnet Pockets:Fits 6mm diameter magnets.The pockets are 6mm wide x 4mm deep for a tight press-fit.You can use two stacked 6mm x 2mm magnets or a single 6mm x 4mm magnet for stronger holding.I recommend using a bit of glue for more applications where it will see more wear and tear.It's designed for a snug fit around a pipe (approx. 0.03" clearance). I printed mine in PETG for durability, but other materials should work fine. Prints without supports. Each print profile will be named as per the diameter the flange is meant to be used for.
