MagneTicFocuser [MTF] without electronics



This is a second variant of the original [MTF]:

I designed them to run this system on an OnStep controller. OnStep offers the possibility to connect a focuser, which is basically just a stepper motor. So the electronics have been removed, and a GX12 connector is enough to use it.

This [MTF] also requires very little power due to the high reduction (27:1) of the geared motor

1x STEPPERONLINE 17HS13-0404S-PG27
4x M3x6 for fastening the geared motor
4x M3x10 for the connection between housing and magnet plate
2x M4x10 grub screws for the clutch
4 N45 neodymium magnets 9x5mm
4x heatset inserts M3 5x6 (I have the VORON compatible heatset inserts)
Superglue to stick the magnets in place
1x GX12 socket 4-pin
