Made this after almost losing my 2024 15" MacBook Air M3 to tripping over the power cord and MagSafe not releasing.
Now, my MBA is far better protected and it requires about 2.5 times less force for MagSafe to disengage while magnet force holding the cable is the same.
Situation is even worse for 13" MBA.
Works with 2024 MacBook Pros just as good.
