Major scale helper

Major scale helper: for a particular base tone (tonic), see all seven notes that form the corresponding major scale. Includes the fixed base with all 12 semitones and a rotating disc with "major scale" holes and features. Minor scales might be added in the future as well.

Black arrows point to the major triad.

Letters "T", "D" and "S" point to main harmonic funcions - Tonic, Dominant, and Subdominant.

Notes are labeled according to German naming. The source OpenSCAD file contains English naming as well, provided you find a font that includes the flat ("♭") symbol.

Printable without supports. For multi-color print, use 0.2mm layer height.
