There are several versions of the Maker Faire robot around. None of them print very well due to poor contact with the printbed. (due to the curved back)(see "before" picture) (both of the official versions have different fixes to correct the problems, but no version has them all).
I combined the fixes with a few more in this version. It does not need additional supports.
I printed it in PLA, but other material should work fine.
The larger you print it the greater chance that all the joints will move!
Update April 2019:
Some people report problems getting the joints to move. (This never happens to me, I printed it using a Prusa I3 that prints well).
For the joints to move, you need to
1. Not have much stringing
2. Be capable of printing overhangs.
Different printers have different capabilities for this. You may have to adjust your slicer to improve your prints.
In order to diagnose it you could print out a 3D Benchy (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:763622) a
