MakerBeamXL Beam

This is a MakerBeamXL library based off the MakerBeamXL specificatioion at:

I rotated it in the preview, it normally extends up the Z axis. I had to guess the size of the small tap holes touching the screw holes because it was not listed. This shouldn't matter though because they are just there so the shaving can fall out when you tap it.

The beautify variable extends differences out to avoid aliasing in OpenSCAD.
