Makes
I designed this filter to clean the water in my aquarium.
### Contents
- the body (tube)
- two filter caps
- two hose mount tubes (hose connectors)
- six filter grid items
- four grid spacers
- three makeup pads
All but hose mount connectors are printed *without* supports.
### Assembly
1. Give all threads a little bit of oil. Make sure you can easily screw/unscrew the filter cap and all hose mount connectors.
2. Screw one filter cap on the filter body.
3. Put a spacer ring inside of the filter body.
4. Make a sandwich of one grid, one makeup pad, and one grid.
5. Put this sandwich inside the body.
6. Repeat 3-5.
7. Screw the remaining filter cap.
It happened so that three makeup pads are quite excessive for the purpose of cleaning the aquarium water. One is just fine.
You can use either of two methods to print grids:
- print the grid.stl from the archive (slow)
- use Cura slicer and add grid_overlap.stl + grip_simple.stl (fast); mar
