Malachite SDR Bezel

This is a first attempt at a holder for the Malachite clone from China. The idea being to put it in some sort of case. Mechanical tolerances of these units are not necessarily the highest, so designed with some slack. Take care if you copy not to tighten too much and put pressure on the screen. The screen should not be what is clamped, that's supposed to be the PCB. The screen should just be flush with the bezel. Needless to say, check your printer has not left and bumps that might cause problems.

On my unit I measured 6.5mm spacing from the plane of the PCB to the front of the screen, so it's designed for that. Depending on the thickness of the foam sticky pads the depth (Z-axis) may need a little scaling.
