I had need for mallet so I whipped this up. It requires a 1.5 to 2 inch 1/4 inch screw and three nuts. Spin two of the nuts up to the head of the screw, insert the other in the handle, then bolt the head to the handle. The extra nuts give some weight to the head.
You can make your own versions easily, I've included the freeCAD source (note that I said I whipped this up -- I haven't been super careful about organization, but most parts are named descriptively).
This was printed on a Lulzbot Mini with **0.5mm nozzle** -- if your nozzle is smaller, the fitment between head and handle might be loose -- you could scale the handle up a tiny bit to correct that. You'll also probably want to flip the heads over so the wide end is on the buildplate.
