Not really sure how to explain this. So, maybe I won't. It's a maltese falcon prosthesis. It's what you get when a movie buff loses a leg.

We have been talking about doing this for several years. When I got the printer it was the first thing I thought of.

Hopefully, he will send some pics later this summer in the kilt and full regalia.

I pretty much cored out the infill to nest this around the pylon. After everything was in place it was filled with two part foam to give it structure and secure it down.

lots of CA glue and epoxie and maybe a little bondo to get it all done.

dialed the print speed way down to get the best possible print.
Bottom = 24 hours
torso = 23 hours
Head = 19 hours

The files are here, they are identical to Dungbeetle24's version. I made no alterations to the files when I printed it. I just wanted to post this here to make sure it was searchable with tags so the gentleman in the pictures can find it and share it with his friends.
