M&P Double Stack Mag Pouch

This mag pouch started off as a remix of user haakon1's [IPSC Glock Magazine Pouch](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2809556), which fits Glock 17/19/26 mags.

I have taken his design and rebuilt it in Blender with some changes. This version fits M&P 9mm double stack mags. I use it for 17-round mags in my 1st gen full size M&P 9 and it works great. It has adjustable retention/hold on the magazine, adjustable cant angle, and a locking mechanism that ensures it doesn't spin or rotate on the belt. The mag pouch attaches to any belt easily, including MOLLE-style inner/outer combos like what I'm using. It is designed to use minimal, inexpensive, and easy-to-source hardware. I have used these pouches in numerous competitions, and they are durable and show no signs of wear.
