Use your Manfrotto tripod as a speed light stand.
Good if you're using more than 1 speed light.

Can also serve as a stand, if you wish to just stand it on a table.

EDIT: Could fit a SB-800 and a shotgun mic, but the SB-910 didn't fit for some reason. Will have to make a version 2.
