...here, today- just something small: a mango core cutter... try to combine a solution for very different, large and small mangoes in one construction. of course we want to automate this - but before the implementation in a design, there are always attempts to find a solution. I got very, very different mangoes - big, small, thick, thin - and of course also natural, normal grown ones. nature cannot be pressed into a form that is valid for everything! that's fine: we have to adapt - not nature! moreover: we don't want to harvest mangoes when they are fully ripe, but in a state where the core skin is not yet fully developed, i.e. not yet hard. the fruit is hard! and insects are- not relevant because they aren't there! I've tried that too: it works! the goal is to use the whole fruit: even if there are some substances in the skin of the fruit, for example, that people don't tolerate well, i.e. can't consume raw. so we also want to investigate a condition, produce - where such substances, as they also occur in nuts, are not or only very slightly pronounced.... these substances are not toxic - they only cause allergies! there is still a long way to go, i think: but it can also be very quick to find a solution! a constructive anyway! A hard, immature fruit is difficult to cut if you try. in particular, the hard, pronounced core of commercially available fruits causes considerable problems, because the fruits of the mangoes do not adhere to the constructions, which make it necessary to align the mangoes very precisely in mechanical devices. from the outside, however, the position of the core shell and the mango core can be clearly identified: the base of the stem and the round peak below form a line, a formative, sometimes difficult to define exact line. How this line comes to be in the fruit is another matter. especially turbo-breeds, massive, heavy and - yes, deviant human delusions - cause problems. we didn't try - we just did it - and the results speak for themselves:
