Many Things Cage bottle support

This is a protective spacer and support for Nalgene-style water bottles when used with the King Cage Many Things cage.

[King Cage's](http://kingcage.com "King Cage") Many Things cage is a wonderful way to carry odd objects on your bike, but when I carry Nalgene water bottles, they get gouged and chafed by the attachment bolts, and the bottle curvature keeps it from being well supported by the vertical rails of the cage. This is especially a problem when using King Cage's Universal Support Bolts to attach the cages to e.g. suspension fork legs, as the self-locking nuts protrude a bit more and really eat in to the bottle.

This support piece nests into the cage to protect the bottle from the bolt heads, and additionally provides good support for the bottle. It's sized specifically for [Nalgene-style](https://www.nalgene.com/bottles/wide-mouth/ "Nalgene wide-mouth bottles") wide-mouth, 32oz/1-liter bottles, which have a 92mm OD.

There are two notches in the support to accommodate
