Marble Maniac Chain Elevator (adjustable height)

The Marble chain elevator to get your marbles to a higer level!! adjustable in height.All the printed parts are tested with these print settings:4 wall layers15% infillsupport depends on the part.Instructions per part:1. Bottom station:The bottom station makes sure that the marbles will be picked up by the chain.Print with supports.2. Wheel without knobThis wheel is needed as part of the bottom station. You can use up to 4 small elastic bands on the wheel for extra grip.Print with supports.3. Top Station:Top station supports the top wheel and makes sure your marble can continue the track.Print with supports.4. Wheel with knobThe load of the elevator is on the top wheel, therefor the chain has the most traction on this wheel. With the knob you can easy turn the wheel and move the elevator. I'm working on a wheel with motor addition, as soon as this is completed it will be added separetly.Print with supports.5. Support connector:This connector is made for connecting straws between the top and bottom station. The connection between the bottom and top station is important to make sure that the wheels and chain are aligned.Print without supports.6. Tensioner (optional)Made out of 3 parts. This makes it easyer to adjust the space between the top and bottom station. The screw thread is left and right turning, so the middle part can be only assembled in 1 way.Print without supports.7. SidestepThe sidestep is needed to returen the marbles back to the bottom station, because the bottom station is loaded on the other side, the marbles need to go around the station. This sidestep avoid crashes ;)Print without support8. ShacklePrint as many as you need!! after printing the shackles can be easy assembled, make the chain functioning well by move the chain a lot to loosen the shackles, this improves the handling of the chain elevator. The chain need to be "closed" on track, the bottom station has a closed building structure so the chain need to go through before closing the chain.
