With a layer height of 0.2, the pauses for the filament change should be set at the beginning of the layers 11 and 16, for the model with the white outline. For the rest of the models, the pause should be set at the beginning of the layer 16.
I added that cylinder in order to prevent one those blobs of filament from forming when the printing restarts after the pause.
