Mark 4 Banner

Because I use LoggyK's Mark 4 Marine's so much I wanted to give back something to the community. This is my best effort at making a Heresy style banner pole. If anyone wants to make it better, my feelings will not be hurt.

If there are any issues please let me know, I may update based on printing experience
