In addition to using it as a Marking Gauge, it's relatively long base makes it suitable for a reasonably accurate woodworking T-Square, or as a drafting T-Square. It is capable of handling a wide range of rulers from 21mm to 35mm wide and up to 2mm thick. Final assembly and use does not require any additional hardware. During use; after inserting your ruler, be sure to snug up the ruler within it's slot by sliding the top & bottom pieces, before securing it in place with the thumb screw. I recommend printing it with a layer height of 0.25mm, 3 walls and 15 to 25% infill. No supports required. Both Metric and Imperial scales are available.
