Marshall Major II Hinge Replacement

This is a replacement hinge for Marshall Major II headphones. This part is prone to break and the genuine replacement part is hard to find and the price is close to the new headphones.
Replacement hinge consists of inner and outer part. The joint mechanism of these two parts is simplified against the genuine one.
How to set it up:
1. Dismount the original (broken) hinge from the headphone frame.
2. Separate the two parts of broken hinge by applying pressure on the thinner side of the inner part, attempting to "slide" it out. It might take quite a bit of force.
3. Take out the headphone mount from the outer part. Take out the little rubber bits from the inner part of the broken hinge.
4. Place the rubber bits to their dedicated space on the inner part of 3D printed hinge.
5. Place the headphone mount into the outer part of 3D printed hinge (double check the orientation) and glue the two parts together.
